1. About Lizzy Sourcing
Lizzy Sourcing provides China-based sourcing and project coordination services for businesses seeking products, packaging, custom components, samples, manufacturing support, quality follow-up, and shipment coordination.
Depending on the project, services may include supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, sample coordination, product customization, packaging development, production follow-up, inspection coordination, and shipping support.
The exact scope of service will depend on the requirements agreed upon for each individual project.
2. Sourcing Requests and Project Information
When submitting a sourcing request, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your product requirements, specifications, quantity, target market, packaging, customization, delivery destination, and other relevant details.
Quotations and recommendations are based on the information available at the time.
Changes to specifications, quantity, materials, packaging, shipping requirements, or other project details may result in changes to price, lead time, MOQ, tooling costs, or shipping costs.
3. Quotations
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are estimates based on current supplier pricing, production conditions, material costs, exchange rates, shipping rates, and project requirements.
Prices may change before an order is confirmed. Shipping quotations may also change due to freight market conditions, fuel surcharges, customs requirements, shipment volume, final weight, destination, or carrier availability.
A quotation does not represent a confirmed order until the commercial terms and payment arrangements have been agreed upon.
4. Samples and Product Development
Samples are intended to help confirm product structure, material, dimensions, appearance, printing, packaging, or other requirements before mass production.
Minor differences may occur between samples and mass production due to material batches, manufacturing processes, printing conditions, handmade processes, or production tolerances.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, drawings, artwork, specifications, and packaging details before mass production when approval is required.
5. Custom Products and Artwork
Clients are responsible for ensuring that logos, trademarks, artwork, product designs, packaging designs, and other materials provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
We may provide assistance with file preparation, packaging layouts, printing methods, or manufacturing feasibility, but the client remains responsible for the legal use of any trademarks, designs, claims, certifications, or branding materials supplied by the client.
6. Production and Lead Times
Production and shipping lead times are estimates unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Delays may occur due to material availability, production schedules, public holidays, weather, customs inspections, port congestion, carrier delays, quality corrections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays or changes when they become known.
7. Quality and Inspection
Quality requirements should be agreed upon before production.
Inspection may include checking dimensions, appearance, function, packaging, labeling, quantity, and other agreed specifications.
Inspection reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every individual item in a mass-production order will be completely free from defects.
For projects requiring specific testing, certification, laboratory reports, compliance standards, or third-party inspections, these requirements should be communicated before order confirmation.
8. Shipping, Customs and Import Requirements
Shipping arrangements may be provided through third-party freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, or delivery providers.
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, port congestion, weather, carrier schedules, peak seasons, local delivery conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Clients are responsible for confirming that products comply with the applicable import, labeling, safety, certification, and regulatory requirements of their destination market unless specific compliance services have been agreed separately.
9. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed separately for each project.
Production, sampling, tooling, packaging development, or shipping may require payment before work begins.
Once production, tooling, customized packaging, printing, or other non-refundable work has started, related payments may not be refundable.
10. Service Fees
Initial project discussion and evaluation may be provided without charge.
Depending on project complexity, sourcing scope, supplier coordination requirements, product development work, inspection, packaging development, or other services, a sourcing or service fee may apply.
Any applicable service fee will be communicated before paid work begins.
11. Third-Party Suppliers
Lizzy Sourcing may coordinate with independent factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, inspection companies, laboratories, and other third parties.
While we make reasonable efforts to select and coordinate suitable partners, these third parties remain independent businesses.
We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including supplier insolvency, carrier delays, customs actions, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lizzy Sourcing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of sales, marketplace penalties, business interruption, or delays caused by third parties.
Any liability relating to a specific paid service will generally be limited to the amount paid for that specific service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
